What is your turnaround time for blanks and finished products? 

 I do my best to fulfill and ship orders out within 3-7 business days. Please note that turnaround time maybe longer for larger order or  during holidays and current schedule. If you need your item by a specific date - I will do my best to get it out the door quick. I can't guarantee shipping time as that is out of my control. 

 What is your turnaround time for Take and Make? 

 I do my best to get it out to you next business day. Please allow 1 to 2 business days depending on when I receive your order and what is going on that day. 

 Do you accept returns, exchanges or cancellation?  

I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations, all sales are final. If you have an issue with your order please reach out to me directly. If an item arrived broken or has an error, please send me a photo of the damage item in order for me to either remake your order or refund. 

For missed events, you can pick up your kit.

Do you offer local pick up?  Yes, local pick up is available in Palm Bay, FL. I offer a contactless porch pick up. Please select local pick up at checkout. I will email you an address, day and time when your order is ready.  

Shipping: I ship anywhere in the US. For shipping to Canada, please email me and I can give you an estimate for cost of shipping. Please note that customer is responsible for any duty or export fees applied after the item has shipped. 

 Note to buyer  All of my products are cut by me or hand painted by me. Majority of my products are made out of wood. Each wood comes with a unique grain, knots and blemishes. Please note, I am not responsible for the treatment of products after they have been received. My products are not water/weather resistant and should not be exposed to inclement weather (heat) or water.    I am happy to do custom orders! If you have an idea floating in your head, let me know! I can see about making it happen. If I send you an invoice and it’s not paid within three days (unless we discuss otherwise) I will cancel the invoice and the timeline and cost we discussed may not be valid if you choose to order again.  

Custom orders are welcome. All projects are priced differently. All custom orders are paid upfront and no refunds, unless if it is cancelled on our end. If you need a sign made out of your logo, you will need to have the svg or Ai file for your design. 

 For Paint Parties, I am now a mobile studio. I do however have access to a couple of space where I can host paint parties for your group. If that is something you like - let me know. I have one in Cocoa Village area and Melbourne. A minimum of 10 painters to book a paint party. I travel all over Brevard County and nearby cities for events.  Parties are anywhere from $35- $60 for adults. Kids Paint Parties starts anywhere from $25 and up.  You can also check out our DIY kits for wood or canvas!
